About Rebecca

Location: San Francisco, California
Email: Email Me

4711765_1Rebecca handled medical malpractice cases for over twenty years. Although she recently retired as an attorney, she continues to manage the firm’s cases. Her experience includes representing patients and/or patient’s families for the harms suffered as a result of negligent medical care, as well as previously representing medical care providers being sued by their patients. As a result, she understands the analysis required of both sides when contemplating the probable outcome of a medical negligence case. Handling medical negligence cases demands an understanding of the affect such a case has on a patient and his/her family. Rebecca works closely with the firm’s clients to understand the impact of the client’s physical and emotional injuries and to lessen the stress of pursuing legal action for those injuries. On a personal note, Rebecca enjoys reading, bicycling and frequent traveling with her husband, Dan.

"In over 25 years of practice on the defense side of malpractice cases, Jeff Mitchell is the attorney I fear most. He takes very good cases. Jeff has the medicine and the applicable literature down cold. He is without a doubt the best cross-examiner I have ever seen. I have paid his clients a lot of money over the years."
